Athlone Community College Orchestra - 29 March 2010

Orchestra Members of the Athlone Community College Orchestra with Principal Eileen Donohoe, Musical Director Nathalia and Patricia Magee.

Members of Athlone Community College Orchestra celebrate 5 Years since their inaugural performance. The students range from 1st to 6th Year work under the guidance of Patricia Magee – Music Teacher and Nathalia Gorvanco. The students have recently been honoured with an artistic achievement award with the Irish Association of youth Orchestras. The competition was sponsored by the Aviation Authority and the prize of €1000 will be put to good use by the musicians. The students entertain parents and guests to the College on special occasions like Open Night for 1st Years and the annual College Awards Ceremony.
