Fáinne Óir recipients at Athlone Community College - 11th May 2010
The above Leaving Cert students were recently awarded a 'Fainne Óir' in recognition of their ability and willingness to speak 'as Gaeilge'. As part of Seachtain na Gaeilge the students did an oral Irish exam and were delighted to receive the gold Fáinne.
