Sport
Sport is a very important part in the daily life of the college and its students. The sports department is staffed by male and female teachers, committed to providing sporting opportunities for boys and girls. A notable feature of the college is the participation of so many teachers on voluntary basis to coach and prepare teams.
A huge emphasis is placed on Gaelic football in the school and every opportunity is offered to players in trials and more importantly in the Kieran Hunt Cup, an internal league run for all first and second year boys. All boys teams compete in Colleges "A".
